ABOUT THE TEAM

Rod Armour was founded in 2016 by Curtis (then aged 19) and Christian (aged 16). We are two brothers who have always had a passion for fishing. We started Rod Armour after a disastrous and costly trip to Hamilton Island. We transported our expensive rods on an aeroplane in a PVC case, thinking that would be enough to protect them. After arriving, we opened the rod tube, and to our disappointment, six out of the seven rods were damaged with either broken tips, snapped guides or fractures. That is why we started Rod Armour.
